Will you marry me Paula?attention boys and girls, i have a happy announcement : i am engaged to paula! i proposed to paula on our holidays in south africa. i arranged for a light aircraft to tow a banner past cape town's signal hill look-out point on tuesday 19 december. the banner read "menetkö kanssani naimisiin paula?", translated "will you marry me paula?". considering it was meant as a surprise it was a bit tricky when i learnt that take-off had to be delayed due to too windy conditions. nevertheless, when the banner did come along, shaky speechless paula gave me the kyllä word :-) thanks to bettie, richard (pilot) and justin.

furthermore, our holidays were great. we managed to see & experience loads. inevitable, considering that we drove well over 4000km (felt much less though). i could write about so much more, but i'll let the pics do the talking.
