recently i was asked to introduce the agile software development framework scrum to my colleagues.
it was an informal affair, telling what scrum is all about and my experiences with it. sure i'm not a certified scrum master, but i felt i had enough to talk about. and am certainly convinced of its methods making it an ideal way to develop software.
my presentation is a compilation of so many good scrum introduction presentations out there.
